Luke Shanahan Insurance Agency in Camas, WA is hiring a motivated entry‑level sales professional to grow with Farmers Insurance. You will learn the business from the ground up, work with a small, supportive team, and build relationships with families and local businesses.

No prior insurance knowledge is required; you will receive hands‑on training, mentorship, and a clear path to licensing and career growth through ongoing coaching and local networking.

Formación

• Property and Casualty license is required.
• Strong comfort level with initiating conversations and connecting with new people.
• Computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software platforms.
• A dedicated and coachable mindset.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify new opportunities to help community members protect what matters most to them.
• Guide potential clients through our various insurance products to find the right fit for their unique lives.
• Reach out to prospects via phone and in-person to introduce our agency services.
• Track your progress and sales activities within our internal tracking systems.
• Participate in local networking events to build visibility for the agency in Camas.
• Collaborate with the agency owner to learn the ropes and refine your sales technique.
