Mark Kuning Insurance Agency in Longview, WA is seeking an entry-level sales representative to engage with local residents, discuss protection needs, and guide clients through coverage options. You will help build trust in our community-focused agency and support colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Responsibilities include outreach, client guidance, maintaining files, teamwork, local events, and post-sale follow-ups to ensure alignment with client goals.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington state Property and Casualty insurance license or willingness to obtain one quickly.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with web-based systems.
• Effective verbal communication and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your daily tasks independently.
• Experience in customer service or retail settings is helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to local residents to discuss their protection needs and introduce our insurance solutions.
• Help new clients navigate the process of selecting the coverage that best fits their specific life circumstances.
• Maintain accurate client files and documentation using our agency software.
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to meet our shared office goals and maintain high service standards.
• Participate in local community activities to help build brand awareness for our agency.
• Follow up with existing clients to ensure their current policies still align with their changing goals.
