Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with relevant background will be considered.
• Background check at pre-employment stage.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state (study course provided)

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce to curate leads and generate clients within your territory
• Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, or text
• Schedule meetings to understand client insurance needs
• Attend calls and meetings with the sales team and manager
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and follow up on referrals
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio
• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets with your team manager
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for approval
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates
