Qualifications

• Must pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to understand insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on referrals.
• Build and manage your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan and adhere to your weekly schedule and submit it weekly.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates.
