Qualifications

• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your state (or willing to obtain; study course provided at no cost and license fees reimbursement).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with relevant sales/athletic background considered).

Responsibilities

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to assess insurance needs.
• Visit local businesses to develop relationships and re-service clients.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio and meet sales targets.
