Alleviation Enterprise is seeking an entry-level Insurance Sales Representative in Lexington, KY. You will learn the insurance industry while honing sales and customer service skills by meeting potential clients and presenting tailored coverage options.

Successful candidates are self-mufficient, communicate effectively, and can manage a dynamic schedule. Training will be provided, with a focus on building a personal client portfolio and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willingness to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school work experience; candidates with relevant sales or athletic background considered if within 6 months of degree completion.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads and grow client base.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present options.
• Attend calls/meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses, build relationships with owners, follow up on leads.
• Develop and maintain your client portfolio.
• Collaborate with manager to set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedule and submit it for approval.
• Record daily sales activity and outcomes.
