Alleviation Enterprise in Missoula, MT is seeking energetic, entry-level Insurance Sales Representatives to learn the industry while sharpening sales and customer service skills. You will prospect, contact, and meet with potential clients to tailor personalized coverage options in a fast-paced environment.

Successful candidates have strong communication, enjoy talking to strangers, and can manage their schedule with minimal supervision.

Qualificações

• Background check required.
• Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license or willing to obtain (training provided).
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years post-high school sales/athletic experience acceptable if within 6 months of degree completion

Responsabilidades

• Utilize Salesforce CRM to curate leads and generate clients in your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients to discuss insurance needs.
• Attend scheduled calls and meetings with your sales manager and team.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and re-service clients.
• Develop and nurture your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with your manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and submit your weekly schedule and adhere to it.
• Record daily work stats and sales activity updates each day
