Job summary

AYS Group in Joliet, IL is seeking licensed life insurance agents to join our high-powered team. This is a virtual telesales role with no cold calling and existing clients along with warm leads.

We offer a fast-track licensing program, sponsorship for pre-licensing, and weekly training calls to help you close more deals. No door-to-door sales required; you will reach out to book appointments and may have some clients book appointments for you.

• Basic technology skills to use telephony and CRM tools.
• Openness to learn new processes, products, and systems.
• Willingness to be coached to improve sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Handle virtual telesales to engage clients and close sales.
• Book and manage client appointments (some warm leads provided).
• Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into sales.
• Collaborate with team and participate in training sessions.

Job Description

Virtual (telesales/zoom) available

No cold calling, door-to-door sales, or such. We have plenty of clients who are interested in our service, we just need help fulfilling orders.

Some of our client's book appointments with you, some clients you have to reach out to book appointments with.
