Job summary

Sterling Seacrest Pritchard is seeking a Client Service Assistant in Atlanta to support Client Service Associates, Executives, and Producers. This entry-level role focuses on service, marketing tasks, and maintaining knowledge of insurance products and coverages.

You will gain exposure to new and renewal accounts, accounting tasks, and documentation processes while preparing client materials and supporting team efforts. Training and a clear growth path are provided.

Responsibilities

• Input prospects, clients, and applications into the Agency Management System.
• Set up client reporting forms, paperwork, timetables, and follow-up processes.
• Issue new and renewal client packets, including certificates of insurance and ID cards.
• Assist with marketing efforts for new and renewing business including renewal proposals.
• Create and send workers compensation claim kits to clients after policy start.
• Provide quotes through carrier portals upon request.
• Process client change requests and maintain accurate records throughout the policy year.
• Liaise with carriers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate billing.
