Qualifications

• Experience in sales, insurance, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Insurance licensing required or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, agency-provided leads, referrals, and networking.
• Connect with prospective customers, understand their needs, and recommend Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance coverage.
• Prepare quotes, explain policy options, handle objections, and ask for the sale.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and address coverage gaps.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline through follow-up and CRM activity.
• Build client relationships to drive retention and referrals.
