This full-time role includes paid hands-on training with experienced installers to help you grow your skills and advance within the company. You will install insulation on residential and commercial projects, utilize tools and equipment, and maintain high safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install insulation in homes and commercial buildings.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and insulation equipment.
• Load materials and travel to job sites in company vehicles.
• Work at heights on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts as needed.
• Prepare job sites and keep areas clean and organized.
• Follow manufacturer specs and installation standards.
• Attend safety meetings and maintain safe practices.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and care for equipment.
• Communicate project needs or changes to managers and sales staff.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Insulation Installer, you will work on residential and commercial projects, installing insulation and air-sealing products while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

• Installing various insulation products in homes and commercial buildings
• Working with hand tools, power tools, and insulation equipment
• Loading materials and traveling to job sites in company vehicles
• Working at heights on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts when needed
• Preparing job sites and maintaining clean, organized work areas
• Following manufacturer specifications and company installation standards
• Participating in safety meetings and maintaining safe work practices
• Performing pre-trip vehicle inspections and caring for company equipment
• Communicating with managers and sales staff regarding project needs or changes

Qualifications We're Looking For
