Job summary

North Central Insulation in Ohio is hiring as an Insulation Installer. No experience required; paid, hands-on training begins at $20.25 per hour. After training, pay shifts to a performance-based system, with current installers earning between $30 and $38+ per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, elevated work areas, and outdoor conditions
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (drug-free workplace)
• Previous construction or general labor experience is helpful, but not required. We will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Installing fiberglass, cellulose, and spray-applied insulation products
• Air sealing homes and commercial buildings
• Loading materials and traveling to job sites in company vehicles
• Operating hand tools, power tools, and insulation equipment
• Working in attics, crawl spaces, ladders, scaffolding, and lifts when necessary
• Preparing job sites and maintaining clean, organized work areas
• Following manufacturer specifications and company installation standards
• Participating in safety meetings and following company safety procedures
• Performing vehicle inspections and caring for company equipment
• Communicating with supervisors and teammates to ensure every project is completed correctly
