Training is paid and you start at $20.25/hour during training, with the potential to earn $28+/hour after training. You will install insulation for residential and commercial projects, use hand and power tools, and follow safety and quality standards. No prior experience required—training is provided.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Insulation Installer, you will work on residential and commercial projects, installing insulation and air-sealing products while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Installing various insulation products in homes and commercial buildings
• Working with hand tools, power tools, and insulation equipment
• Loading materials and traveling to job sites in company vehicles
• Working at heights on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts when needed
• Preparing job sites and maintaining clean, organized work areas
• Following manufacturer specifications and company installation standards
• Participating in safety meetings and maintaining safe work practices
• Performing pre-trip vehicle inspections and caring for company equipment
• Communicating with managers and sales staff regarding project needs or changes
