North Central Insulation in Shelbyville, KY is hiring an Entry Level Insulation Installer. Training is paid and you start at $20.25/hour during training, with the potential to earn $28+/hour after training. This is a full-time, year-round position with growth opportunities within our family-owned company.

You will install insulation for residential and commercial projects, use hand and power tools, and follow safety and quality standards. No prior experience required—training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and eager to learn a skilled trade.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Construction or general labor experience helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Install insulation products in homes and commercial buildings.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and insulation equipment.
• Load materials and travel to job sites in company vehicles.
• Maintain safe, organized work areas and follow installation standards.
• Communicate project needs or changes with management.
