Shenandoah Air Conditioning & Heating in the Eastern Panhandle WV/MD/VA is hiring an Entry Level HVAC Installer. Start your career with paid training and a clear path to advancement, with competitive pay and full benefits.

You will work alongside experienced installers on residential and light commercial systems, learn installation, maintenance, and service, and grow with a team that supports your development. Schedule Mon-Fri, 7am-5pm with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Ability to safely lift 75 pounds and use tools.
• Basic safety knowledge and a strong work ethic.
• Good written and verbal English skills.
• 1+ year of any construction or mechanical experience is a plus - but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work with senior installers on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Learn to install, maintain, and service heating and air conditioning equipment.
• Deliver a high-quality experience to every customer.
• Keep job sites and your truck clean and organized.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Overtime available when needed)
