Shenandoah Air Conditioning & Heating in the Eastern Panhandle (WV / MD / VA) is hiring Experienced HVAC Installers who want a real career with top pay, excellent benefits, and a family-owned company that supports your growth.

You’ll install residential and light commercial systems, read blueprints, balance and test systems, and provide honest recommendations. The schedule is Monday–Friday, full-time with overtime options and year-round stability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Proficient in installing gas pipe, refrigeration pipe, and ductwork systems.
• Knowledge of refrigerant, gas & electric furnaces, heat pumps, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Universal EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain).
