Job summary

Shenandoah Air Conditioning & Heating in the Eastern Panhandle (WV/MD/VA) is hiring entry level HVAC installation technicians starting at $16.00–$24.00 per hour with full benefits and paid training. This is a hands-on training path with steady pay raises, medical insurance, a 401(k) match, paid holidays and vacation, and a clear route to senior installer roles.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, with overtime as needed; work with experienced teams on residential and light commercial

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical work.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with experienced installers on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Learn proper installation, maintenance, and service techniques for heating and cooling equipment.
• Help maintain clean, organized job sites and vehicles.
• Focus on delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer experiences.
• Receive ongoing, hands-on training to rapidly develop your skills.
