Job summary

Pro Spex is seeking an Entry Level Inspector to assist in performing residential and commercial property inspections for buyers, sellers, owners, and investors. Inspectors follow state standards and use the Pro Spex System with our home inspection software.

New hires receive hands-on training with IR cameras, drones, and other specialized tools to perform thorough inspections. Strong performance at entry level may lead to advancement into a Junior Inspector role.

Qualifications

• Successfully passed the National Home Inspector Exam
• Met all state licensing requirements for a Home Inspector
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Available Monday through Friday (weekend availability a plus)
• Minimum 2-year commitment following completion of the Pro Spex Training Program
• G&L and E&O Insurance ($1M)
