Job summary

Pro Spex is seeking a motivated Junior Inspector to join our team. You will perform residential and commercial property inspections for buyers, sellers, owners, and investors, following state standards and the Pro Spex System.

Our tech-focused approach uses IR cameras, drones, and specialized tools to deliver thorough reports. Ideal candidates have MD/VA licenses, at least 2 years of inspection experience, InterNACHI CPI, and a reliable vehicle with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Maryland (MD) and Virginia (VA) Home Inspector License or ability to obtain.
• Minimum two (2) years of home inspector experience.
• InterNACHI CPI certification or eligibility.
• Reliable vehicle and a clean driving record.
• Eligible to work in the US; insurances and disability coverage required.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial property inspections for buyers, sellers, owners, and investors.
• Follow state standards and the Pro Spex System to deliver accurate reports.
• Utilize home inspection software to generate detailed reports.
