The position offers a starting base salary of $45,000 with opportunities for commission and advancement to a $55,000 salary after one year. After 1 year of tenure, your base salary automatically increases to $55,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance‑based incentives.

• Year 3: $102,000
