Salary: $51,000 - $64,000 Annually
The Entry Level Inside Sales Representative plays a key role in supporting the sales process by preparing accurate and timely sales information, developing strategic quotes, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. This role is focused on nurturing existing customer relationships and responding to inbound inquiries—with no cold calling required. It also involves close collaboration with colleagues to maintain a high standard of service, communication, and customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
Job Duties and Qualifications:
Prepare customer quotes based on established pricing, product quality, and service guidelines.
Manage the order process from placement to delivery in coordination with internal departments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers within assigned territories.
Collaborate with billing, credit, dispatch, and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
Develop business strategies for key accounts and prepare territory sales forecasts and reports.
Respond to incoming leads and referrals while identifying growth opportunities within current accounts.
Represent Ozinga at industry events, community functions, and trade associations to promote our brand and services.
Resolve customer concerns related to service, billing, and product quality with professionalism and care.
Participate in continuing education to stay up to date on industry trends and safety policies.
Must have a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), strong communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and sales experience in Ready-Mix or building materials (preferred).
