Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and gauge inspections of injection-molded parts according to specifications.
• Sort finished products and discard defective parts.
• Package acceptable finished parts according to customer specs.
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
• Communicate suspected production or quality problems to the Shift Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
