Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years in construction, estimating or project management preferred.
• General understanding of construction methods, materials, drawings & specs.
• Ability to learn estimating and project management software.
• Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to visit industrial construction sites.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates for industrial construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work to understand project requirements.
• Collaborate with senior estimators to develop pricing.
• Assist with cost analysis and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Use estimating software to perform quantity take-offs and cost calculations.
• Support bid preparation and vendor coordination.
• Assist project managers with cost tracking and procurement.
• Participate in project turnover and review meetings.
• Support quality control documentation and records.
