Super Radiator Coils is seeking an Industrial Engineer to measure labor content and develop staffing plans for efficient production layouts. You will balance lines, design value streams, and lead 5S initiatives to improve manufacturing flow.

The role requires hands-on collaboration with operators, strong 2D CAD skills, and the ability to support training and DFx improvements across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering required or strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of work measurement, line balancing and 5S.
• Experience with 2D CAD for layouts.

Measure labor content and develop staffing plans, production processes, mixed-model line balances, and value-stream layouts. Lead continuous improvement and 5S efforts, collaborate with operators and manufacturing teams on fixtures and production metrics, and support training and design-for-manufacturing improvements.

Requirements

An undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering and understanding of core industrial engineering concepts, including work measurement, line balancing, and 5S, are desired. Candidates should have experience with 2D CAD for layouts, strong communication skills, and a hands-on, action-oriented approach; flexibility to accommodate third-shift operations may be needed.
