Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts, Crowne Plaza Resort Guam, seeks an entry-level Income Auditor to ensure revenues are recorded accurately, reconcile daily reports, and support AR functions under the Director of Finance. The role requires basic accounting knowledge and strong Excel skills.

The position is non-exempt, $12.00 per hour, with potential for growth for candidates with related education and two years of accounting experience.ŋ

Qualifications

• High school diploma in accounting or business is required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement
• At least 2 years of accounting experience
• Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading and writing)

Responsibilities

• Record revenues accurately and report discrepancies timely
• Produce daily revenue reports and reconcile with cash and AR
• Ensure revenue postings are complete and follow control procedures
• Assist in accounts receivable communications with travel agency clients
• Coordinate with PMS and POS systems to balance revenue sources
• Maintain accurate schedules and provide clear financial analysis
