EXL is hiring an Entry level Inbound Customer Care Rep for a Financial Services inbound call center in Hartford, CT. This onsite role offers a starting hourly rate of $19–$24, depending on experience, with quarterly P4P bonuses and a robust PTO package.

Entry level - Inbound Customer Care Rep

Job Title: Financial Services Inbound Call Center Rep

Location: Onsite, Hartford, CT

Shifts: 8 hour shifts Monday - Friday with shifts varying between 8AM EST - 6PM EST

Compensation And Benefits

• Hourly rate: $19/hr–$24/hr, depending on experience - Start date if hired: 10/05/2026
• Bonus: P4P Performance-rated bonuses paid quarterly
• Annual PTO: 15 vacation days, 10 sick days, 2 floating holidays, 8 company holidays, and volunteer time off
