Job summary

United Shore Financial Services LLC is seeking Welcome Associates to deliver an elite client experience by answering inbound calls promptly and accurately in a busy, multi-screen environment.

You will greet clients with poise, assist with inquiries, and maintain strong communication in a fast-paced call center. This role emphasizes teamwork, learning, and customer-focused service within a dynamic financial services setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vibrant personality and a desire to be a team player.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be comfortable in a high volume call center (700-900 calls per day).
• Comfortable working on multiple screens and fast-paced software.

• Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with internal and external clients.
• Learn and apply a wide variety of information about clients, organization and services in a complex multi-functioned operation.

Job description

Our Welcome Associates will provide an elite client experience while answering all inbound calls promptly and accurately. All Welcome Associates are required to greet our clients with poise; assist all clients in a timely manner, and understand their inquiries.

This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization, either now or in the future. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of high level reception OR call center experience
