Job summary

United Shore Financial Services LLC is hiring Welcome Associates to deliver an elite client experience by promptly answering inbound calls, greeting clients with poise, and resolving inquiries in a timely manner. This full-time role emphasizes strong communication and the ability to work across multiple software systems in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should be comfortable with high call volumes and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

• Comfortable in a high-volume call center environment (700-900 calls per day).
• Comfortable working on multiple computer screens and software systems.

Job description

Our Welcome Associates will provide an elite client experience while answering all inbound calls promptly and accurately. All Welcome Associates are required to greet our clients with poise; assist all clients in a timely manner, and understand their inquiries.

This position is not eligible for employer-sponsored work authorization, either now or in the future. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of high level reception OR call center experience
