Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with apprehension of individuals accused of immigration or related laws.
• Assist with preparing investigative reports for possible prosecution or administrative action.
• Perform law enforcement support duties such as fingerprints and photographs.
• Conduct routine interviews using various methods and techniques to respond to immigration inquiries.
• Document, transport, deport, and escort migrants under supervision.
• Initiate criminal and civil prosecutions and deport migrants to foreign countries; assist custodial operations.
