Job summary

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is seeking entry-level Deportation Officers to support investigations, custody, and deportation activities. The role requires no college degree and may offer signing bonuses up to $35,000, with an additional $5,000 incentive in selected locations.

Open locations include Cheyenne, WY, and others across the country. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities to gain experience under supervision.

Qualifications

• Entry-level role; no college degree required.
• Ability to work under supervision with more experienced officers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with apprehension of individuals accused of immigration or related laws.
• Assist with preparing investigative reports for prosecution or administrative action.
• Perform fingerprints and photographs as part of law enforcement support duties.
• Conduct routine interviews using various methods to respond to immigration inquiries.
• Document, transport, deport, and escort migrants under supervision of a senior officer.
• Initiate criminal and civil prosecutions and deport migrants as needed; custodial operations.
