We are looking for motivated candidates with strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and a desire to learn from experienced professionals while contributing to dam and water resources projects in a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
• 0–2 years of relevant professional experience in water resources, hydraulics, hydrology, dams, or related engineering work
• Familiarity with hydraulic and hydrologic principles and engineering analysis methods
• Strong interest or background in water resources engineering, hydraulics, or agricultural engineering
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to multi-task and work with a team

Responsibilities

• Perform hydraulic and hydrologic analyses and engineering calculations for water resources and dam engineering projects
• Develop computer models, engineering reports, drawings, and technical documentation under the supervision of senior staff
• Participate in field investigations, inspections, and data collection activities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to support project delivery
• Assist with proposal preparation, technical research, and other project-related activities
• Continue developing technical expertise through training, mentorship, and hands-on project experience
