Baltimore, MD-based Carter Machinery Company, Inc. seeks a Hydraulic Components Technician for the 1st shift. This entry-level role includes training to disassemble, inspect, repair/replace, reassemble and test hydraulic components to meet factory specs.

Starting pay ranges from $21.14 to $37.75 per hour, with a $1,500 sign-on bonus for new hires. Candidate should develop troubleshooting skills, work with the team toward continuous improvement, and be willing to learn specialized shop equipment

Qualifications

• Entry-level position with training provided; no prior experience required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn shop equipment.
• Willingness to work shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Proficient in basic computer and service software usage.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect, repair/replace, reassemble and test hydraulic components.
• Diagnose equipment issues and perform troubleshooting analyses.
