Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls under supervision.
• Diagnose and resolve customer problems courteously and professionally.
• Diagnose, service, and repair heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and related equipment.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
• Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning as required.
• Handle parts and equipment delivery/return for service jobs.
• Maintain accurate records and paperwork; collect payments from customers.
• Communicate with dispatch for status updates and availability.
• Promote products/services and generate replacement sales leads.
• Ensure vehicles/tools are stocked, maintained, and accounted for.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically in all business matters.
