Hunton Services is seeking a dedicated HVAC Apprentice to join our growing team in Houston. This entry-level role offers hands-on work alongside experienced technicians to install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems while learning the fundamentals of the trade.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Enrolled in or willing to enroll in HVAC training program (a plus).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in HVAC trade.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs., in tight spaces and at heights.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools and safe work practices.
• Comfort with basic math and measuring.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, service, and repair of HVAC systems and components.
• Support ductwork measuring, cutting, and assembly of HVAC components.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Learn to identify and troubleshoot basic HVAC system issues.
• Transport tools and materials and maintain clean, organized job sites.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear protective gear as required.
• Participate in on-the-job and classroom training to build HVAC knowledge.
