2240 Service Experts Heating & AC LLC is seeking an entry-level Service Technician I in Frederick, MD. The role focuses on residential and light commercial service calls under general supervision, building foundational HVAC skills.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems, while ensuring safe, professional customer interactions and accurate record-keeping.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or GED with training in HVAC.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Skilled at servicing heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment.
• Proficient at reading wiring diagrams and troubleshooting electrical, refrigerant and duct systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls under supervision.
• Diagnose and resolve customer problems in a courteous and timely manner.
• Service HVAC equipment and related accessories; perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns.
• Record information on handheld device and complete paperwork neatly and accurately.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and inventory; communicate with dispatch for status reports.
