Job summary

Service Experts in Frederick, MD is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to perform precision tune-ups and maintenance on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment. Under general supervision, you will inspect, diagnose, and repair systems, deliver parts, document activities, and support customers with answers and solutions.

A valid driver's license and EPA safety certifications are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 0–2+ years experience preferred.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine precision tune-ups and maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.
• Inspect equipment and perform limited diagnostics to identify problems.
• Deliver and remove parts and equipment as needed to complete service work.
• Record service details using handheld device and complete all paperwork.
• Coordinate with dispatch for status reports and on-time updates.
