Job summary

Lennox National Account Services (NAS) is seeking an entry-level HVAC technician to support installation, maintenance and servicing of commercial HVAC systems across our national network.

The role emphasizes on-site preventative maintenance, calibration after installation, and teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction. Training leads to field readiness with opportunities for overtime and relocation as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• HVAC Trade school graduate strongly preferred with good attendance.
• 1+ years in mechanical support role; some hands-on HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification- Type I & Type II or Universal preferred.
• NATE certification a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders and perform at heights.
• Moderate lifting up to 90 pounds.
• Technical aptitude to perform maintenance, service and troubleshoot equipment.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong diagnostic abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with on-site preventative maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation.
• Use technical abilities to maintain HVAC systems.
• Work in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Maintain safe working practices and follow safety measures at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned and be flexible with overtime and weekend work.
• Relocate availability to cover field needs after training.
