Qualifications

• No industry experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age when starting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license held for a minimum of 12 months.
• No major or frequent traffic violations in the last 3 years.
• Technical school certificates and/or formal HVAC training/experience are not required but may be considered when determining proficiency level and starting compensation.
• Strong desire to learn a trade and directly impact the world around you.
• Safety Sensitive role may require passing additional drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist installation and repair of environmental control systems.
• Apply refrigeration theory, control systems, and pipe fitting knowledge on-site.
• Service products, equipment, and systems at customer locations.
• Identify, examine, diagnose, and plan equipment repairs.
• Work with supervising field technicians, project managers, and customers to understand on-site installation requirements.
• Forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize on-site work.
• Use software, blueprints, and engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
• Enforce high safety standards and maintain asset security.
