Your Impact

Pearce seeks Entry Level HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC units on Cell Phone Tower Sites. This fast-paced, rewarding role is ideal for responsible, self-motivated individuals willing to travel and eager to grow in the Telecom industry. This position is regional, based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Core Responsibilities

1. Maintain commercial cooling systems on Cell Phone Towers—diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, or replace components.
2. Conduct performance checks and routine maintenance on HVAC equipment.
3. Perform upgrades or maintenance on out-of-season HVAC systems.
4. Respond promptly to service calls, including emergencies.
5. Complete daily work reports accurately and timely.
6. Operate and maintain company vehicles safely and legally.
7. Adapt duties as needed based on business and client needs.

Core Experience

1. HVAC maintenance experience preferred; HVAC technical schooling considered.
2. Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems preferred.
3. Effective verbal and email communication skills required.

Safety compliance with OSHA standards is mandatory. Candidates must reside in Sioux Falls, SD, and be available for after-hours and weekend call-outs, with extensive travel, working outdoors, lifting up to 50 pounds, and passing relevant physical and regulatory requirements.

Compensation & Benefits
