Job summary

AAON, Inc. in Central Oregon is seeking entry-level assemblers to join a fast-paced production line building state-of-the-art HVAC systems. You will rotate through assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing, and wrapping roles to gain hands-on trade skills and start a manufacturing career.

The position offers tuition reimbursement, PTO, holidays, healthcare and a strong 401(k) plan, with promotion opportunities in a growth-focused company. OT may be required on a busy schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Familiar with hand tools, tape measures, and power tools.
• Reliable, punctual with a positive attitude, self-starter.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check.

Responsibilities

• Install and fit parts for heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Consult with manufacturers, designers, line leads, and supervisors.
• Perform precision assembling.
• Read and interpret engineering specifications from text and drawings.
• Prepare, configure, and assemble required tools and ladders.
• Carry materials and assist forklift operators with transportation.
• Operate power hand tools.
• Follow safety and regulatory practices on site.
