Job summary

AAON is hiring entry-level assemblers in Central Oregon to support the production of state-of-the-art commercial HVAC systems. You will rotate through assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing, and wrapping on a fast-paced line, gaining multiple trade skills and advancing your manufacturing career.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing or sitting most of the shift, and working in a dynamic team environment within our Oregon facility.

Qualifications

• Two years of manufacturing experience.
• Active listening and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate production and operating workers.
• Maintain attendance and hours records.
• Inspect materials, products, or equipment for defects.
