Service Experts Heating, Air Conditioning, & Plumbing in Grand Island, NE is hiring an entry-level Service Technician I. Under close supervision, you will assist with routine diagnostics and service on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment, communicating with customers to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.

Formación

• HVAC knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and tool handling.
• EPA and safety certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Promote products and services during visits.
• Complete paperwork and collect payments as needed.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and equipment and follow safety procedures.
