Service Experts in Grand Island, Nebraska is seeking an entry-level HVAC Service Technician I to assist with routine service and maintenance calls under supervision. The role emphasizes customer communication and safe handling of equipment, with opportunities for advancement and comprehensive training through our Training Academy.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, EPA and safety certifications, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional training in HVAC
• EPA and safety certifications required
• Experience or training in servicing residential HVAC systems is preferred

Responsabilités

• Perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner.
• Promote products and services to customers.
• Communicate with dispatch to provide accurate status on calls.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
