• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead HVAC technicians with installations, maintenance, and residential service calls.
• Transport, load, and unload tools, equipment, and materials to job sites.
• Install ductwork, piping systems, and HVAC components under supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at residential sites.
• Perform general labor on-site following safety policies and procedures.
• Develop troubleshooting, installation, and diagnostic skills through field training.
