Rosendin is hiring an entry-level HSE Specialist I to support health, safety and environmental programs on active construction sites in the United States. The role collaborates with internal teams, client representatives, regulatory bodies and customers to promote a safe work environment.

You will assist in site inspections, hazard identifications, incident investigations, and training, while helping plan audits and safety initiatives that align with regulatory standards and Rosendin’s safety

Qualifications

• Candidate has a 4-year degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, STS-C certifications are preferred/required.
• Must be able to spend 80% of time on active construction sites.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with internal teams, client representatives, regulatory agencies, and medical facilities to maintain relationships.
• Support safety program and incident prevention initiatives to reduce risk behaviors.
• Assist in implementing project-based safety programs aligned with goals.
• Participate in pre-task planning and job site safety meetings.
• Deliver safety meetings and training to enhance hazard awareness.
• Contribute to hazard analyses to identify risks and controls.
• Support investigations of incidents and near-misses.
• Maintain HSE documentation to meet standards.
• Promote HSE goals across projects for safety and productivity.
• Develop routine HSE project plans and specs.
• Input for audits, inspections, and evaluations.
• Maintain required reports and documentation.
