Dynamic Aviation is hiring an entry-level HR Generalist I to support recruiting, onboarding, and employee records across multiple states. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining discretion and accuracy in HR processes.

The role emphasizes full-cycle recruiting, orientation facilitation, benefits collaboration, audits, and engaging employees through surveys and events.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Leads full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding.
• Leads new hire orientation room setup and rotation.
• Assists with onboarding preparation and documentation.
• Supports job fairs and recruiting events as needed.
• Maintains compliant employee records (personnel files, I-9s, medical files).
