Adecco is seeking an entry-level HR Coordinator to support HR functions and manage day-to-day HR operations at the distribution center. This role offers a great opportunity to start your HR career with a large corporation.

• Schedule: Friday to Monday, 8am-6:30pm
• Location: 100% on-site in Aurora, IL
• Pay: $22/hr
• Start date: ASAP

You will:

• Provide general HR support across the facility
• Assist HR leadership with policies and procedures
• Support training initiatives for associates
• Address diversity and open-door policy issues
• Conduct new hire orientations
• Participate in special projects as needed

Minimum requirements:
