Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year experience in housekeeping or related area.
• Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing housekeeping operations and budgets.
• Coordinate with Front Desk on room status and guest priorities.
• Monitor stock and supplies; ensure proper inventory control.
• Supervise inspections of guestrooms and public spaces.
• Oversee linen inventory and guest supplies; order as needed.
• Provide guidance and feedback to staff to improve service performance.
• Handle guest problems or complaints with supervisor support.
