Qualifikationen

• Completion of one of the listed technical programs OR two years of direct patient care experience.
• Certified MA, PCT, or CNA at time of hire.
• Nursing school enrollment with first semester clinical concepts and health assessment completed.

Aufgaben

• Collect vital signs, height/weight, intake/output, pulse oximetry, specimens.
• Obtain blood samples by venipuncture.
• Acquire 12 lead EKG.
• Perform and report POCT.
• Assist with patient activities as per plan of care.
• Provide patient hygiene and basic care including wound care and ostomy care.
• Assist with feeding and mobility.
• Ensure patient safety and privacy at all times.
• Maintain clean, safe environment and proper aseptic technique.
