Hero is seeking a Home Comfort & Services Representative in Bloomington, MN. You will perform home evaluations of plumbing and/or electrical systems and recommend effective solutions for residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs.

Your ability to build trust with homeowners and communicate options clearly will drive successful installations and service experiences. Hero provides ongoing training (classroom & on-the-job) and supports you in registering as a plumbing or electrical

A Home Comfort & Services Representative at Hero is responsible for performing members annual plumbing and/or electrical evaluations and recommending solutions for residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Success in this role starts with the ability to build trust with homeowners, communicate clearly, and help customers understand the best solutions for their home needs. Technical aptitude is important but technical skills will be provided through internal training (classroom & on-the-job training)

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working directly with customers, solving problems, and creating exceptional experiences.
